Video Blog: BACK AT IT... My first week of training for the season

Thought, I'd share with you a Video Blog taken earlier in my training cycle.  This was actually my first week back after a long break following the 2010 Commonwealth Games.  And true to form, this first week of training was a killer.  Whether you are an athlete or not, whenever you have a period of inactivity and you begin exercising you are sure to feel sore!  Fortunately, the pain is temporary and if you stick with it, it can provide incredible results…. Trust me, it gets easier with enough time.   

I’m planning on my results preparing me for the 2011 World Championship in Daegu, Korea and the London 2012 Olympic Games….
