This song paints a picture of that delicate tight rope walked, in following one’s heart.   It may lead you to love everlasting, or to a great disappointment.   There are no guarantees… Only time. 

In all that we do, you can choose fear or you can choose love.  Fear acts with the intention of protecting you from getting hurt or suffering disappointments.  The only problem with fear is it can also become a self imposed prison.  Some people build fortresses around their heart, while others build bridges. 

I believe if you walk in the shadow of fear, you’re not living.  Love on the other hand lifts your spirit and fills you.  You must be willing to risk possible disappointments to ever have a chance at knowing love.   Only time can reveal its sustainability and truth.
